Workplace Harassment Prevention for Supervisors

Workplace Harassment Prevention for Supervisors

Workplace Harassment Prevention for Supervisors is a practical, leadership‑focused course designed to help supervisors recognize, prevent, and respond to inappropriate conduct in the workplace. Built to reflect the rigor of California’s AB‑1825 standards, this course strengthens awareness of harassment, abusive conduct, and retaliation — and teaches supervisors how to create a safe, respectful environment for every employee.

This course is ideal for supervisors, managers, and team leads who want to strengthen their leadership presence, reduce organizational risk, and promote a safe, harassment‑free workplace.

Through five focused lessons, supervisors learn how to:

  • Understand what harassment is — including hostile environment, quid pro quo, and 1st‑, 2nd‑, and 3rd‑party harassment
  • Recognize early warning signs and subtle behaviors
  • Respond professionally to concerns and complaints
  • Document issues appropriately and understand confidentiality limits
  • Prevent retaliation and protect employees
  • Model professionalism and set clear expectations
  • Build long‑term habits that support a respectful workplace culture
