During a diagnosis, we evaluate six key areas to to determine where the problem may lie.

The Analysis Phase
We analyze all the data we have collected anonymously through observations, interviews, and questionnaires.
Then a comprehensive report is prepared and delivered to the client administrative representatives, during a scheduled meeting.
