For nearly a decade, she has been the steady financial heartbeat of our organization. As Chief Financial Officer since 2016, she keeps our books balanced, our records organized, and our operations running smoothly. Whether she’s preparing financial summaries, managing payroll, or coordinating meetings, she brings a calm, detail‑driven approach that everyone relies on.
Before stepping into her current role, she served as Assistant District Manager, overseeing three locations and leading teams with a blend of patience, structure, and hands‑on support. From training employees to managing inventory and customer service, she developed a strong foundation in leadership and day‑to‑day operations that continues to shape her work today.
Her educational path includes studies at Miami University and two AAS degrees from Hillsborough Community College in Environmental Science and Information Technology — a combination that reflects her curiosity and wide‑ranging skill set. She graduated with honors from Freedom High School, where she also discovered her love for leadership through Future Farmers of America, serving as both President and Treasurer.
She continues to build on her professional expertise with certifications including OSHA 10 Multi‑Industry Health & Safety and NCCER.
