Leah serves as Vice President of Operations & Client Support at F4, where she works closely with leadership teams to strengthen day-to-day people management, improve operational consistency, and support effective decision-making across the organization.
As part of F4 retainer-based service model, Leah partners with business owners, executives, and managers to help them navigate the day-to-day people challenges that arise in growing organizations. Her role focuses on being a steady, trusted resource—available to support leadership decisions, coach managers through difficult conversations, and help organizations address employee issues before they escalate.
With more than 20 years of management and operations experience, Leah brings a practical, business-first perspective to HR advisory services. Her background spans multi-location operations, employee relations, performance management, workforce coordination, and policy implementation—allowing her to bridge the gap between operational realities and sound HR practices.
