Fred Francis is a trusted strategic HR advisor, leadership development expert, and long‑time champion for Florida’s small and mid‑size organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, management, and organizational development, Fred partners with business owners and leaders to build strong workplaces, confident managers, and long‑term people strategies that support growth.
Fred is known for developing lasting relationships with his clients. He believes that when leaders are supported, trained, and empowered, entire organizations thrive. Over the course of his career, he has helped thousands of professionals strengthen their leadership skills, navigate complex HR challenges, and build workplaces where people can succeed.
Before founding F4 Corporation, Fred served as Corporate Director of Human Resources for an international organization operating across five countries and 31 states. He also led human resource development for a county agency and has worked with organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, public service, and education. His background includes designing and launching multiple HR departments, authoring policy and procedure manuals, and creating more than a dozen leadership and management training programs.
Fred has taught thousands of students and seminar participants on topics ranging from leadership and supervision to communication, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. He has chaired and co‑chaired numerous advisory committees and has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for more than two decades, including serving as Chapter President and on the Ohio SHRM State Council.
His contributions have been recognized at the state level, including being selected by Ohio Governor Bob Taft as one of 75 HR representatives to participate in a statewide conference on aging and future workforce issues.
Today, Fred focuses his work exclusively in Florida, helping organizations strengthen their leadership pipelines, reduce HR risk, and build sustainable people systems. He also develops digital learning programs and online courses that make high‑quality leadership development accessible to businesses across the state.
