Fred P. Francis Jr., M.Ed., PHR, CP
I love working with and developing lasting relationships with our clients. I strive to see all of them be successful in their careers and have gained many friendships over the last 26 years.
I have been in management since 1981, started training individuals in 1983, and passionately began my career in human resources in 1994.
Previously, Mr. Francis, was a Corporate Director of Human Resources for an international company with operations in five countries and 31 states and was Human Resource Development Coordinator for a county agency.
During his career he has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1999 and worked with many industries including medical, retail, manufacturing, and public organizations. He was rated third of 18 adjunct teachers at a local college.
Mr. Francis has designed and started three new Human Resource Departments, authored four policy and procedure manuals, written several employee manuals, designed nine program curricula, authored many training manuals, and taught more than 40 topics to hundreds of businesses. He has taught thousands of students and seminar attendees on a variety of management and technology related issues. He has chaired two advisory committees and co-chaired several other committees.
Mr. Francis received a Certificate of Appreciation for his public service in publicizing and coordinating the largest health education and preventive medical service. Mr. Francis was selected by Ohio Governor Bob Taft to be one of 75 human resource representatives in the state to be at the conference on aging to discuss and find answers to future employment issues.
